SWEET POTATOE AND CHORIZO SOUP
Perfect for a fall supper. The aroma of the sweet potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, garlic, parslet and Choriza sausage was just what I needed at the end of a hard day. The receipe did not let us down. It was superb! Added a dollop of sour cream and it was set for a king! Enough leftover for lunches the next day. :)
Sour creme is always the perfect topping for a creamy soup. This sounds amazing as well. All of your cooking is! :)
